About Lisa’s Lunches

Lisa’s Lunches is a not-for-profit, volunteer-led charity dedicated to offering meaningful, practical support to individuals and families impacted by cancer.

The charity was founded by Jacqui in memory of her dear friend Lisa, who passed away at the age of 39 after a courageous battle with cancer. Inspired by Lisa’s strength and compassion, Jacqui created Lisa’s Lunches to help ease the burden for others facing similar journeys.

What started as a simple act of kindness—delivering lunch packs to families so parents had one less thing to worry about during treatment—has grown into a broader support network. Lisa’s Lunches now provides comfort to many across West Moreton Health and other Hospital and Health Services throughout Brisbane. In addition to school lunch packs, we also offer Palliative Care Boxes, thoughtfully curated and delivered to families spending precious time with loved ones during end-of-life care.

Our goal at Art Dolls of Australia is to raise funds in 2025 to help to be a small source of comfort during some of life’s most difficult moments.

Our 2024 Fundraiser

In 2024 we had another great year fundraising at the Art Dolls of Australia Convention and raised $2106 for this deserving company.

Ipswich Hospice is a wonderful careing home away from home for end of life care.

The beautiful carers, nurses and Doctors are kind, selfless and full of love for their patients. The Hospice runs on donations so they can keep the cost at a minimum for the families in the hardest time of their lives.

Heidi, our official baby snuggler, was a very big part of our 2022 Convention and is still so greatly loved and missed. It was comforting to know her last few months were made so much more bearable for her with the wonderful care she received.

Additional Information

Since 2021 we raised $6922.92 for Mater Little Miracles. Every Raffle ticket sold goes directly to the foundation making a huge difference in the lifes of many families struggling with a sick child at Christmas time.

Each year we have a HUGE array of raffle prizes including Silicone Babies, Reborn Babies, Reborn Baby Kits, Boutique Baby Outfits and much much more. We start ticket sales early to give us the opportunity to raise as much as we can,

We thank everyone each year for going above and beyond to help us in our quest for our fundraisers. In 2024 with our Re-Branding from Aussie Reborn Baby Doll Convention to Art Dolls of Australia we intend on sharing our money raised with a new deserving foundation to share around the love.
